Well I took my camera to swim class today...she did not do as well today as last week...of course! But as a result of all of the screaming she got her own personal swim lesson today for a while!! She seems to be doing a little better....she can swim under the water for a little while and her kicking is getting stronger! We have these lessons all summer so hopefully she will be a little fish by the end of summer:)
For fathers day we got Papa a fun "chariot" to pull Stella behind his bicycle. She been reading this book "Penelope the Princess" and it talks about how Princess' ride in chariots so she thought that was what this was!! It is so funny. He got her a little pink helmet and took her for a little ride around the block on Sunday. It is too cute and will be a lot of fun! Especially when it gets a little cooler outside!
So now that Stella is sleeping in her big girl bed it takes forever for her to actually fall asleep at nap time! She gets up and tears up her room every day and then decides it is nap time. The goes through all of her books, takes out all of her diapers, puts on clothes and shoes from her closet and then goes to sleep. The last few times she has been crawling up in her rocking chair with a book and reading until she falls asleep. I went in there to check out where she was the other afternoon and there she was....sound asleep in her chair! So of course I ran in and grabbed the camera and took some pictures before I put her back to sleep...funny funny girl:)
Well it was our second ballet class this week and of course I went and got Stella a new bright pink tutu for her to wear. Needless to say she was the most overdressed girl in her class...but by far the cutest!! They do not let mom's in the class so I could not take any pictures of her dancing....but apparently the last week they let us in so I am sure I will burn my camera up taking so many pictures!! So here is some new pictures of her precious tutu:)
Well I finally got up the nerve to go into Stella's room while she was asleep in her big girl bed and take a picture of her sleeping....so it looks really bright in her room but that is just the flash on the camera:) The pictures are too cute...she is out like a light for sure!!
Mimi and Papa got a brand new pool and fun little Hello Kitty spray toy for their backyard so we went over there today to play! Stella was not to sure about the Hello Kitty spray toy....she would not get near it at all while it was on actually. But she did really love the pool and the little toys that we got her too....she went around and watered all of their plants:) It was really cute:)
Tomorrow we start ballet class and of course Stella had to try on all of her new dance clothes before class starts tomorrow:) She had me turn on the music and she danced and jumped around the house for ever!! It was so much fun...she is pretty funny:)
